Bidet spray reviewOct 13, 2009
By Steven David Overall, spray is as described. The spray is constructed well. The negative issue, is the hose connecting between the water outlet and spray. The hose is just a plastic tube (~1/4 inch). The connection between the tube and the spray is the new locking mechanism. If you do not shove the tube all the way in, the water will leak. Also, if you attempt to spray, and you do not have the valve turned on, the pressure will loosen the connection and water will leak (or spray all over). I've made adjustments, and I am fine with it.

Works great for about one year, then it failsNov 18, 2007
By M. Breyer This is a great product but beware that the shower head will fail after about one year of normal use. I have owned about half a dozen of these over the years and they always always fail after about a year (usually the shower head starts leaking or the button jams up and becomes inoperable). I've tried many times but never succeeded to repair them, so buying a new one is the only option. I love it while it lasts so I've come to accept that it will last just one year and that it's a recurring annual expense to buy a new one. Actually I am buying a new one right now to replace a failed one again. Three stars because of the short life span, would be five otherwise. Hope a company will come along one day and make a longer lasting one.

Down Under Relief -- and I don't mean Australia!May 20, 2005
By TruthMaster If you're like me and sit down a lot, sometimes it helps to be extra clean. You know what I mean.
This device is handy when you are menstruating or have anal issues. Spray it, don't scrape it. Put away the toilet paper and say hello to your new best friend!

cloth diapering must!Jan 08, 2008
By Gaylin Maghupoy I use a dry pail. I guess my son has very sticky poop, because it does not "fall off" the fleece of the diapers. I am pregnant right now, and poop makes me sick. This sprayer has some serious pressure on it! I remove the insert, and spray the poop right off. I think it will be awesome for after delivery also. I think my husband uses it, although he denies it (haha). It was very easy to install, took about 5 minutes. I only needed a phillip's head screwdriver to put the toilet clip together (it can hang in the tank or the wall). The handle being away from the toilet seat is very nice if you are using it for yourself instead of diapering. I looked at three different brands including the Cotton Babies Bum Genius Diaper Sprayer. I also looked at cloth diapering websites/retailers to see what people recommended, this was the best, and cheaper than the bumgenius sprayer. I love this, and my son loves to watch it spray!!

If only it would not break . . .Jan 25, 2010

This is a very useful device with an overall fine design. But, it will break. I know because this is my 3rd unit. These won't survive a full year of service if used several times daily which I do. How unfortunate that a nice product is crippled by a fatal flaw. The trigger (black plastic) is used to move the valve for control of water flow. However, it accomplishes this with two plastic "fingers" which are simply too lightweight and fragile for the task. Either a metal actuator or heavier plastic is required. The company will suggests that the customer may have dropped the unit. Nope. Use it regularly and you will be replacing it regularly. I wish there was more pride in manufacturing.
